The Research Center for Communication, PR and Advertising is part of the Faculty for Political, Administrative

and Communication Sciences within “Babeş- Bolyai” University. The location of the research center is found

within the building of the above mentioned faculty at the bureau of the Communication and PR department, room

V/1.

 

The Research Center for Communication, PR and Advertising was founded for the purpose of  conducting

research in the study fields listed above. Research is one of the most important parameters of academic activity

so that it has also started to develop in new scientific domains such as communication, PR and Advertising. In

response to this development the Communication and Public Relations department has decided to enrich its

activity by founding this research center. 

 

The research center  will focus its activity on 3 major research fields: communication, Public Relations,

Advertising and other secondary fields which are connected to the 3 listed above. The highly dynamic

developments in the fields of communication, PR and advertising underline the importance of results obtained

through empirical research in obtaining a grasping as well as detailed view over these areas of research. To

accomplish this goal case studies will be conducted on topics connected to these areas.
